Sanna Delmonico, MS, RDN, is an Associate Professor at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), where she teaches food safety and nutrition. She previously managed programming for health and wellness conferences at the CIA. Sanna started her career as a pediatric dietitian and published a food newsletter for parents, Tiny Tummies. She recently authored an online nutrition course for chefs for the American Culinary Federation. Sanna lives in Napa, California and is a home winemaker. |
Robert (Bob) Earl MPH, RD, FAND Past Chair |
Robert (Bob) Earl is a life-long foodie, second generation dietitian, and food policy expert. He is Vice President, Regulatory Affairs with FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education). He’s worked for food companies and their associations; Food & Nutrition Board, National Academy of Medicine; and first RDN in the Academy’s Washington, DC office. Bob was FCP’s 12th and 25th chair. Within the Academy, he served as House of Delegates Speaker, on Academy and Foundation Boards, and held many other leadership positions. Bob received the Academy’s Medallion Award in 2008. |

Krystal Register, MS, RDN, LDN is the Director of Health and Well-being at FMI - The Food Industry Association. She serves as the lead and issue expert for health and well-being programs and activities, nutrition policy, operations, and communication issues for FMI members. Krystal was a retail dietitian with Wegmans for 12 years and made significant contributions to company-wide wellness programs, health messaging, community events, and local media response. Krystal’s background includes environmental and nutrition science studies with degrees from the College of William and Mary and James Madison University.

Sarah Hendren, MS, RDN, LD, CD, is an award-winning dietitian with a breadth of nutrition experience. She was the first dietitian for the Culver’s restaurant chain and is currently the Principal Owner of Hendren Group LLC where she supports clients with food and nutrition communications and regulatory guidance. She also provides leadership coaching to dietitians, helping nutrition professionals improve their business acumen, executive presence, and skills to be strong, effective, and confident leaders. |

Alyson Fendrick is a Registered Dietitian and Marketing Communications Manager for Midwest Dairy where she serves as a nutrition communication expert across the Midwest on behalf of dairy farmers. She currently serves as the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics House of Delegate Representative. As an outdoor enthusiast you can find her on her mountain bike most days, kayaking, or hiking 14ers in Colorado. |

Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND is the FCP Delegate for the Academy House of Delegates and the Culinary Workshop Chair. Amy is award-winning dietitian, farmer’s daughter, renowned public speaker, and president of Farmer’s Daughter Consulting, an agriculture, food, and culinary communications firm. Clients include Duda Farm Fresh Foods, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, National Dairy Council, Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Service, and the Produce for Better Health Foundation. She proudly serves on the Texas A&M AgriLife External Advisory Board and the Bayer Horticulture Advisory Council. Amy has served in many FCP leadership roles, including serving as the 2010-2011 chair, as well as Tastings editor, membership chair, nominating committee chair, and the FCP culinary workshop chair in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2020. Amy gave the 53rd Lenna France Cooper Memorial Lecture at FNCE® in Nashville in 2015 titled, “Success in Dietetics: Inspired by Farmers, Flavor, and Fun”, an honor made possible by a nomination from FCP. |

Caroline Margolis is a Detroit-based registered dietitian nutritionist working in nutrition, health professional and culinary communications. A seasoned recipe developer and editor, she is often found in her kitchen creating recipes, baking and meal planning. When not working, Caroline enjoys exploring farmers markets, local grocers, bakeries and ice cream shops in her new hometown with her husband and two children. |

Marianne Smith Edge, MS, RDN, LD, FADA, FAND is a 6th generation Kentucky farm owner, dairy farmer’s daughter, author, speaker, blogger and Founder/Principal, The AgriNutrition Edge, a food, ag & consumer insights strategy & communications group. She is also a senior associate for The Context Network and serves on the Board of Advisors for FLM Harvest agency. Prior to founding The AgriNutrition Edge, Marianne was the Senior Vice President, Nutrition & Food Safety Communications for the International Food Information Council. She is a former president of The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and received the Medallion Award in 2009.

Magie Young, MPH, RDN, LD is currently working as a program coordinator with the MUSC Boeing Center for Children's Wellness in Charleston, SC. She is a second career dietitian with prior experience in project management, quality improvement, and customer service. Magie holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from the Medical University of South Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, and the outdoors. |

Rima Kleiner, MS, RDN, LDN is a nationally-recognized food and nutrition expert based in Greensboro, NC. Passionate about good food and optimal health, she connects the two for individuals, families, companies and media. Rima holds a M.S. in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University. While her background includes communications, teaching culinary nutrition and creating wellness programming, she now focuses on creating recipes, writing and speaking about nutrition, media work and coaching individuals and families through her private practice, Smart Mouth Nutrition. Her areas of expertise include integrative and functional nutrition, food allergies and sensitivities, gut health, family nutrition, women's health and culinary nutrition. When she isn't working, you can find her running, cooking or playing soccer with her two children. |
