Vertical Farming: To New Heights
Join us to learn more about indoor vertical farming and how the latest technology is transforming the way we grow, eat and enjoy fresh and flavorful produce. We will take a virtual tour of AeroFarms, a pioneer in the indoor vertical farming space, and hear from a panel of thought leaders addressing nutrition, food access and food education in relation to vertical farming, followed by a guided recipe walk through. The session includes:
- Virtual Vertical Farm Tour and Introduction (5 minutes) by Dr. Stacy Kimmel, AeroFarms
- Sustainable Agriculture Discussion led by Dr. Stacey Kimmel, VP of Research and Development featuring three other panelists (25 minutes)
- Culinary Tasting / Cooking Demo led by chef (15 minutes)
